  • 16/20 Raw Prawn Cutlet Van Viet Neptune 1.0 kg

Mayonnaise

To serve

  • Iceberg lettuce 500.0 g

Preparation

  1. Prawns

    • Cook prawns and chop roughly.
  2. Mayonnaise

    • Mix together HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise, KNORR Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, chopped dill and chopped shallots until fully combined. Fold through chopped prawns. 
  3. To serve

    • Toast or grill buns. Slice along middle and fill with shredded lettuce. Top with prawn mixture. Sprinkle with extra shallots. Serve with lime wedges and curly fries.
  4. Tip

    • As an alternative to prawns, try using crab meat or lobster when available.
