  1. Polenta

    • Bring water and Knorr Hollandaise Sauce to the boil, rain in polenta, whisking over low heat until cooked.

  2. Sauce

    • Add oil and onion to a frypan, add Knorr Garlic Puree and cook over low heat until softened. Add mushrooms and cook until softened. Add Knorr Pronto Napoli and Knorr Intense Flavours Wild Mushroom Earth.
  3. To Serve

    • Add polenta to bowl, top with mushroom ragu and garnish with thyme and parsley.
