For the Pineapple Relish

Coriander, chopped 20 g

Jalapeños, chopped 10 g

Pineapple, grilled, sliced 350 g
To Finish

Taco, soft 10 x

Lime, wedges, grilled 10 x

White fish, grilled 1 kg
Preparation

For the Chipotle Aioli
- Mix the HELLMANN'S Real Aioli and KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce GF together.

For the Slaw
- Mix the cabbage, carrot and onion together in a large bowl.

For the Pineapple Relish
- Combine the pineapple, coriander and jalapenos in a small bowl.

To Finish
- Construct in the following order: taco, chipotle aioli, slaw, fish, pineapple relish. Serve with a slice of lime.

Tip
- If you want to mix different textures, deep fried fish works just as well.
