  • Green beans, trimmed 800 g
  • Olive oil 50 g
  • Salt 2 g
  • Cracked black pepper 1 g
  • Lemon juice 10 ml
  • Long red chilli, thinly sliced 20 g
  1. Method

    • Quickly blanch the beans, then pan fry in the olive oil. Season with the salt and pepper.
    • Toss with lemon juice and chilli and serve.
