Method

  • Frozen potato gems 2 kg
  • Chorizo sausage, sliced 300 g

Chilli Mayonnaise

To Serve

  • Green onions, thinly sliced 100 g
  • Red chilli, finely chopped 30 g
  1. Method

    • Deep fry potato gems.
    • Fry chorizo until crispy.
  2. Chilli Mayonnaise

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Mayonnaise and KNORR Mixed Chilli Puree.
  3. To Serve

    • Place potato gems in bowl, top with chorizo, green onions, red chilli and drizzle chilli mayonnaise.
  4. Chef's Tip

    • Add some avocado and coriander for freshness.
