Method
- Deep fry potato gems.
- Fry chorizo until crispy.

Chilli Mayonnaise
- Combine HELLMANN'S Mayonnaise and mixed chilli puree.

To Serve
- Place the potato gems in a bowl, top with chorizo, green onions, red chilli and drizzle chilli mayonnaise.
