To Serve

  • Green onions, thinly sliced 100.0 g
  • Red chilli, finely chopped 30.0 g
  1. Method

    • Deep fry potato gems.
    • Fry chorizo until crispy.
  2. Chilli Mayonnaise

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Mayonnaise and chilli puree.
  3. To Serve

    • Place the potato gems in a bowl, top with chorizo, green onions, red chilli and drizzle chilli mayonnaise.
