Olive, Thyme Polenta Chips
To ensure the success of this recipe, pre-make the polenta 2 days before serving to allow it to set perfectly!
- Grease a Gastronome Tray with Real Ease Spray.
- Boil water with KNORR Vegetable Booster.
- Whisk in polenta, until cooked.
- Mix parmesan, cream, olives and thyme into polenta.
- Pour into tray and smooth surface.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Cut to Size.
