Polenta

Flavouring

  • Parmesan, finely grated 150 g
  • Cream 100 ml
  • Olives, black, chopped 100 g
  • thyme, fresh, chopped 50 g
  1. Gastronome Tray

    • Grease a Gastronome Tray with Real Ease Spray.

  2. Polenta

    • Boil water with KNORR Vegetable Booster.
    • Whisk in polenta, until cooked.

  3. Flavouring

    • Mix parmesan, cream, olives and thyme into polenta.
    • Pour into tray and smooth surface.
    • Refrigerate until set.

  4. To Finish

    • Cut to Size.
