There is no comfort food quite like fried chicken! Marinated in buttermilk to lock in moisture, these wings are crunchy on the outside and juicy inside—simply divine when dipped into rich, creamy blue cheese sauce.

Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Chicken Wings

    • Combine the chicken wings, buttermilk, KNORR Aromat Seasoning, and sugar. Leave to marinate overnight.
    • Mix together flour, paprika, and salt. Divide into 2 portions.
    • Strain the marinade off the chicken wings. Mix the marinade with 1 portion of flour mix to make a light batter.
    • Dip the marinated chicken wings in the other portion of flour mix, then dip into the batter. Shake off excess batter.
    • Deep fry the wings in hot oil at 160˚ C for 10 minutes. Drain on a paper towel.
  3. Blue Cheese Dressing

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Ranch Dressing and blue cheese in a food processor, blending until smooth.
  4. Slaw

    • Toss the shredded cabbages, broad beans, and onions together with HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise.
  5. To Serve

    • Place the chicken wings on a serving platter or in a basket, and serve with blue cheese dressing and pickles on the side.
