Meatballs

  • Chicken mince 1.0 kg
  • Carrot, grated 100.0 g
  • Pumpkin, grated 100.0 g
  • Fresh breadcrumbs 1.0 cup

French Onion Gravy

Preparation

  1. Meatballs

    • Place chicken mince in a bowl with grated carrot, pumpkin and breadcrumbs. Mix until combined then form into balls. Cover and chill. 
    • Pan fry or grill meatballs until cooked through.
  2. French Onion Gravy

    • Make up gravy by combining KNORR Golden Roast Gravy GF, 350 ml water mixed with CONTINENTAL Professional French Onion Soup Mix and bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Keep warm.
  3. To Serve

    • Serve meatballs with French onion golden roast gravy.
