Luxe Potato Salad with Bacon, Corn and Jalapeno

Paprika Dressing

Cream cheese, at room temp 100.0 g
Preparation

Salad
- Steam potato until tender, halve.
- Char grill corn. Remove corn kernels.
- Cook bacon until crispy.

Paprika Dressing
- Combine KNORR Paprika Puree, HELLMANN'S Mayonnaise and cream cheese.

To Serve
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, pour over dressing, tossing to combine.

- Use a potato high in moisture so when it cools down it has a good texture.
