Salad

  • Chat potatoes 2 kg
  • Corn cobs 2 x
  • Streaky bacon, sliced 400 g

Paprika Dressing

  1. Salad

    • Steam potato until tender, halve.
    • Char grill corn. Remove corn kernels.
    • Cook bacon until crispy.
  2. Paprika Dressing

    • Combine KNORR Paprika Puree, HELLMANN'S Mayonnaise and cream cheese.
  3. To Serve

    • Place all ingredients in a bowl, pour over dressing, tossing to combine.
  4. Chef's Tip:

    • Use a potato high in moisture so when it cools down it has a good texture.
