Dressing

Salad

  • Mixed salad leaves, washed 500 g
  • Mint, washed, picked 50 g
  • Coriander, washed, chopped 100 g
  • Long red chilli, sliced 30 g
  • Carrot, shredded 150 g
  • Green onions (shallots), sliced 150 g
  • Red onion, sliced 150 g
  • Cucumber, sliced 300 g
  • Bean sprouts, trimmed 150 g

To Assemble

  • Chinese Soy Chicken, shredded (Asian chicken from market) 1 kg
  • Cashews, roasted 200 g
  1. Dressing

    • Combine the HELLMANN’S Deli Mayonnaise, KNORR Lime Powder, KNORR Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce and water together and set aside for use in a squeeze bottle.

  2. Salad

    • Combine all the salad ingredients together.

  3. To Assemble

    • Toss the salad ingredients and the chicken together in a bowl. Top with dressing and cashews and serve.
  4. Hint

    • Do not add your dressing until you are ready to serve. Your salad will have better crunch.
