Mini Honey Soy Chicken Baskets
Bar and share food can be produced from your main menu to suit a bar format. This recipe is a variation from a salad recipe. Helps you save time and no need for extra ingredients.

Ingredients per serve
Chicken

Oil, vegetable 20.0 ml

Chicken, thigh sliced 250.0 g
Tortilla and Garnish

Tortilla wraps 5.0 pc
To Finish

Shallots, sliced 10.0 g
Preparation

Chicken
- Lightly cook the sliced chicken in the oil until lightly browned.
- Add the KNORR Chinese Honey Soy Sauce GF and heat until the chicken is cooked through.

Tortilla and Garnish
- Cut small circles using a 10 cm diameter cutter into the tortilla wraps and press between two small steel tartlet moulds and fry in a preheated fryer (180 degree Celsius) until golden and crispy, remove and drain off excess oil.

To Finish
- Place the cooked tortilla baskets onto a plate and add a little of the cooked honey soy chicken into the baskets, garnish with the sliced shallots.
