Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Popcorn Prawns

    • Set out three bowls, and place plain flour in the first. Whisk together eggs and KNORR Concentrated Liquid Stock in the second. Mix panko crumbs and polenta in the third.
    • Crumb the prawns with flour, egg wash, and crumb mix in that order.
    • Deep fry until golden and cooked through. Drain.
  3. Jalapeño Mayo

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise, jalapeños, and coriander. Set aside.
  4. Slaw

    • Toss together the shredded cabbage and sliced red onions.
  5. To Assemble and Serve

    • Grill the buns. Top a bun base with slaw, popcorn prawns, jalapeño mayo, cheese, and bun lid. Serve.
  6. Chef's Tip

    • Substitute salt with KNORR Concentrated Liquid Stock. It does a better job!
