  • King prawns, cooked, shredded 600 g
  • Avocado, smashed 300 g
  • Lemon wedges 20 x

Dressing

  • Creme fraiche 100 g
  • Chives 5 g
  • Parsley, Italian 5 g
  • Chervil 5 g
  • Thousand Island Dressing 300 ml
  • Dijon mustard 20 g
  1. Salad

    Place the rest of the ingredients on a plate starting with the cos and drizzle over dressing.
  2. Dressing

    • Combine Thousand Island Dressing, chilli paste, ground paprika, crème fraiche, chives, parsley, chervil and Dijon mustard together.
