Truffle Mayonnaise

Truffle oil 30.0 g
Bacon

Streaky bacon 400.0 g
To Serve

Brioche buns, sliced in half 10.0 x

Cos lettuce 50.0 g

Beer battered chips
Preparation

Burger
- Season the mince well and form into 10 patties using a mould.
- Grill the burger until medium-rare, placing cheese on top to melt for the final minute.

Mushrooms
- Roast the mushrooms in the oven with oil, salt and pepper for 20 minutes.

Truffle Mayonnaise
- Combine HELLMANN'S Aioli and truffle oil in a bowl.

Bacon
- Cook until crispy.

To Serve
- Grill the buns; place cos lettuce on top of the bottom bun, then beef patty with cheese, bacon, roasted mushroom and truffle mayonnaise. Top it off with a bun.
- Serve with beer battered chips.

Chef's Tip
- The truffle flavour works well on burgers due to high fat and full flavour.
- Use a good quality cut like chuck for your mince with a good amount of fat for a full-flavoured, tender patty.
