Ingredients per serve



  • Beef chuck, minced 1.5 kg
  • Sliced cheddar cheese 10.0 x


  • Portobello mushrooms 1.0 kg
  • Olive oil 60.0 ml
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Truffle Mayonnaise


  • Streaky bacon 400.0 g

To Serve

  • Brioche buns, sliced in half 10.0 x
  • Cos lettuce 50.0 g
  • Beer Battered Chips

Take your diners burger experience to the next level with this on-trend truffle burger. The addition of intensely flavoured black truffle oil adds an aromatic dimension when added to HELLMANN'S Aioli and accompanies this burger perfectly.



  1. Burger

    • Season the mince well and form into 10 patties using a mould.
    • Grill the burger until medium-rare, placing cheese on top to melt for the final minute.
  2. Mushrooms

    • Roast the mushrooms in the oven with oil, salt and pepper for 20 minutes.
  3. Truffle Mayonnaise

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Aioli and truffle oil in a bowl.
  4. Bacon

    • Cook until crispy.
  5. To Serve

    • Grill the buns; place cos lettuce on top of the bottom bun, then beef patty with cheese, bacon, roasted mushroom and truffle mayonnaise. Top it off with a bun.
    • Serve with beer battered chips.
  6. Chef's Tip

    • The truffle flavour works well on burgers due to high fat and full flavour.
    • Use a good quality cut like chuck for your mince with a good amount of fat for a full-flavoured, tender patty.
