Barista Kazuki Yamamoto specialises in 3D foam art, bringing customers flocking to the Osaka cafe where he works. Besides foamy Snoopy pictured here, he recreates Disney favourites and Japanese anime characters.

Um Paul is one of the country’s top latte artists and World Latte Art Champion in 2016. It’s easy to see why with this gorgeous Red Indian Chief creation!

Angie Chun at Coffee Code in Orange Country has been officially recognised as the best coffee artist in North America. The whiz barista serves up around 200 creations every day, like the one pictured here.

South Melbourne barista Ben Morrow is our very own latte art champion, having won the 2016 Coffee Masters tournament at the London Coffee Festival.

Interestingly, most latte artists are self-taught, expanding their skills as they get more creative and enjoying the flair it brings to their coffee.
