For the Guacamole

  • Avocadoes, smashed 5.0 pc
  • Lemon, juice 60.0 ml

For the beef

For the toppings

  • Corn chips 2.0 kg
  • Cheese, grated, tasty 1.6 kg

To Finish

  • Sour cream 1.0 kg
  • Chives, chopped 200.0 g


  1. For the Guacamole

    • Place the avocado and lemon juice and blend until smooth
  2. For the beef

    • Brown the ground beef and onion in a pot and season with salt and pepper.
    • Add the KNORR Mexican Chunky Salsa Mild GFand beans cook for a further 10-15 minutes then remove from the heat.
  3. For the toppings

    • In a large heat proof bowl place the corn chips and cover with cheese, place under the grill until the cheese is melted.
  4. To Finish

    • Add on top of the chips, the beef mixture the avocado and sour cream, garnish with chopped chives to serve.
