For the Guacamole

Avocadoes, smashed 5.0 pc

Lemon, juice 60.0 ml
For the beef

Oil, vegetable 200.0 ml

Ground beef 1.5 kg

Onions, finely chopped 300.0 g

Kidney beans, rinsed 300.0 g
For the toppings

Corn chips 2.0 kg

Cheese, grated, tasty 1.6 kg
To Finish

Sour cream 1.0 kg

Chives, chopped 200.0 g
Preparation

For the Guacamole
- Place the avocado and lemon juice and blend until smooth

For the beef
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a pot and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the KNORR Mexican Chunky Salsa Mild GFand beans cook for a further 10-15 minutes then remove from the heat.

For the toppings
- In a large heat proof bowl place the corn chips and cover with cheese, place under the grill until the cheese is melted.

To Finish
- Add on top of the chips, the beef mixture the avocado and sour cream, garnish with chopped chives to serve.
