Watch the story unfold on the history and tradition behind the iconic COLMAN’S brand. Walter Gilmore, Team Leader at COLMAN’S talks about his 16 year journey with the company. He is in charge of the seed area and is responsible for checking the quality of the mustard seeds that come in, cleaning it and sending it to the mustard mill every day. John Sauverin, Mustard Miller has worked with COLMAN’S since 1984. His responsibility is to make sure that the seeds are milled into the final flour which is then used in tins and wet jars. The employees take pride in saying that the whole process of production hasn’t changed till today, since the time the company was founded.
